This workshop is designed for women over 40 who want to explore gentle, traditional yoga and its transformational effect on hormonal balance.
You probably have heard about the benefits of yoga for body and mind balance, but you might think it’s only for ‘flexible people’ or that you’re too old to start. I have created this workshop with you in mind!
Yoga focuses on breathing, which has a regulating effect on your hormones and endocrine system. Research suggests that yoga can also have a positive impact on hormonal balance in women over 40.
Hormonal imbalances can cause various health issues, such as irregular periods, mood swings, and hot flashes. Practising yoga regularly can help alleviate these symptoms and improve overall hormonal health.
Our « Yoga for Hormonal Balance in Women Over 40 » online workshop is limited to a maximum of 12 participants for optimum individual attention. It provides easy and practical tools that help the participants regulate their hormonal system.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This workshop is designed to assist women of all ages from 40 looking for guidance and support to regulate hormones (including thyroid hormones), heart, and lungs, calm the nervous system, improve the menstrual cycles and stimulate the body’s metabolism.
AIM & OBJECTIVES
The aim of this gently paced Hormonal Yoga Workshop is to teach you how you can harmonize and balance the hormonal levels in your body. It includes exercising using traditional yoga and specific breathing, concentration, relaxation, and meditation techniques.
PROGRAMME
This 3-hour experiential workshop offers an introduction to the practice of yoga for hormonal transition. This is the first step to staying flexible and toned.
Over 3 hours online together, you will:

Prior to the workshop, you will receive an intake form to ensure you get the most from the workshop, with a list of the best setting for the session.
Course material will be emailed 48 hours before the start of the online workshop.
As a bonus material, you will receive a hormonal balance sequence to practice at home.

FACILITATOR
Valerie is a Wellness facilitator and qualified Nutritionist with 10 years of experience in the field of natural health and wellness. She is a qualified clinical nutritionist, a yoga teacher and a massage therapist. She is the founder of Be Well Vitality.
She supports women over 40 to regain confidence from within, so they ditch the weight and lift their energy. Her goal is to transform the ‘mid-life crisis” into a vibrant and explorative time to make ageing a breeze and a joy. Valerie’s passion is to envision life through the mind–body–spirit connection.
Valerie practices yoga and meditation daily and loves spending time in the kitchen with her family to prepare nourishing meals for the body and the soul. She is an avid reader and a researcher at heart.
