Our workshops and online courses are offered to small groups typically composed of 8 to 14 people to facilitate personalized attention. Our intention is for each participant to receive the best possible attention from our trainers and to benefit from the necessary time for gathering and exchanging ideas, interaction, and collective participation.

In most cases, our workshops are only guaranteed if the number of participants reaches 6. If the number of participants is insufficient, you will be notified by email and the workshop or course will be canceled or rescheduled. You will then receive a full refund or be offered other options. Alternatively, a new date may be proposed to you.

We use Zoom, a very simple-to-use audio and video conferencing platform. Please follow this link to learn more about the technical requirements your computer must have to use Zoom. A few days before the workshop starts, we will send you your ZOOM connection link via email or SMS. We strongly recommend testing your audio and video connection at least 30 minutes before the start of the online workshop to ensure you encounter no technical issues.

You will be prompted to log in via Zoom at least 15 minutes before the workshop starts.

Yes, but we encourage you to first consult the technical advice provided by Zoom. If you encounter difficulties accessing the workshop, you can contact us by phone for assistance.

Our online workshops typically last from 2 to 6 hours. They are most often offered on Saturdays and Sundays. They consist of multiple sessions lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour and thirty minutes, interspersed with short breaks. The following documents, exercises, and materials may be used:

  • Discussions allowing participants to share and exchange viewpoints and experiences.
  • Formation of small working groups.
  • Role-playing, simulations, case studies, and practical exercises, for example.
  • Question-and-answer sessions and/or surveys and analysis of responses.

In the majority of cases, unless otherwise indicated, all materials are provided free of charge.

The educational materials for the workshop/course will be sent to you via email at least 24 hours before the session begins.
