Our workshops and courses are generally limited to a maximum of 14 people. Our intention is to make sure all participants get the most attention from the facilitator and plenty of time for collective interaction.

In most cases, we require a minimum of 6 people participating to make it viable. If the number of participants is insufficient, you will be notified by email and the workshop or the course will be cancelled. You will then receive a full refund. Alternatively, a new date may be offered.

We use Zoom which is an easy and reliable audio and video conferencing platform. Please follow this link to learn more about the technical requirements for your computer. A few days before the event, we will email you the Zoom login details. We strongly recommend that you test your connection, audio and video 30 mins prior to the start of the event to make sure you won’t encounter any technical issue.

You will be able to login 15 minutes before the start of the event.

Yes, but first we invite you to review the troubleshooting tips provided by Zoom. If you are still having difficulties accessing the event, you will be given a phone number for further assistance.

The following methods, tools, and media may be used during the workshop or course:

  • Manual/material including visuals and downloadable resources
  • Collaborative discussions to allow all participants to share and exchange ideas and experiences.
  • Small group breakouts
  • Independent or small groups work
  • Q&A
  • Practical case studies and exercises

In most cases, unless specified, all materials are provided free of charge.

The workshop or course materials will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

Absolutely. All our workshops and courses are based on a live and interactive approach. We strongly encourage interactions, questions, discussions, in some cases using waves of the hand or using Zoom’s inbuilt features.

Yes. Following the event, your facilitator will email you a certificate of completion.

Yes. A refund can be arranged if you can no longer attend the event. For further details please check our Terms and Conditions under the “Refund and Cancellation” section.

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and can change our plans. However, if you interrupt your workshop or course, the missed session will not be refundable or changeable.

No. Our workshops and courses are based on an interactive approach which requires participation using a computer with a camera and microphone.
