These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian law and all parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts in all matters regarding them.
We may, at our sole discretion, modify these Terms of Service at any time. By accessing our services at any time after such modifications, you are agreeing to such modifications.
Terms and Conditions
By booking one of our online workshops or online courses, it means you accept our terms and conditions.
Your booking and full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the starting date of the chosen online workshop or course.
Inner Learning will only confirm a booking upon receipt of the full payment of the program which includes a flat-rate non-refundable administration fee of AUD20.
Refund and Cancellation
By enrolling in one of our online workshops or online courses, you agree to pay the applicable fees in full.
You are eligible for a refund of fees paid in the following cases:
- If you decide to cancel 7 days or more before the event date, a full refund will be given. Please note the cancellation will take effect from the date Inner Learning receives a written notification (email) of cancellation from you. An administration fee of $20 will apply.
- The workshop/course or event is cancelled by Inner Learning, a full refund of the fee will be given. Inner Learning may cancel an online workshop or course due to:
- an insufficient number of participants.
- a cancellation by the facilitator/teacher or Inner Learning’s members of staff due to unforeseen circumstances, sickness or serious personal issues.
- sudden technical or internet issues experienced by Inner Learning and/or by the facilitator/teacher.
- a case of Force Majeure.
You are NOT eligible for a refund of fees paid in the following cases:
- You decide to cancel 6 days or less before the workshop/course or event date, no refund will be given. You may transfer to another workshop/course or event of the same amount at a later date. Any price difference between the initial booking and the new one will be calculated accordingly. Alternatively, you may opt for the transfer of the workshop/course to a different person (friend, family member).
- You do not attend a workshop/course or event you are booked into and you do not advise Inner Learning in writing beforehand (email), no refund will apply.
- Unless in the case of “force majeure”, Inner Learning does not offer a refund outside of the 7-day period.

Change or cancellation by Inner Learning
If Inner Learning decides to cancel or change a workshop/course, we will make every effort to propose a similar arrangement. However, only a program of identical value will be offered.
We reserve the right not to allow a participant to attend, continue or prolong a program if we find out that they are suffering from any medical condition which has not been stated beforehand and impacts on the participant’s behavior, participation, and/or on the group dynamic. In such a case, the participant will not be entitled to a refund.
Behaviour Expectations
Participants must exercise reasonable, courteous and respectful conduct throughout the workshop/course.
If a participant or a group of participants violate the above rules, they may be dismissed from the program and not be entitled to a refund.
Workshops, Courses, Events
Once a workshop or a course has commenced there is no compensation, refunds or additional lessons or sessions given for:
- services paid for but not used.
- late arrival or early departure from a session.
- non-attendance or absence from a session.
Accuracy of information
Innerlearning.online has made every effort to ensure that the information found on this website is accurate and will not accept any responsibility for errors or omissions. We are dependent on the information supplied by our facilitators/teachers.
Complaints
If a participant feels they have a genuine reason for complaint, it is important that they advise their facilitator and/or Inner Learning immediately. We will respond to any fair and reasonable complaints.
However, Inner Learning and its facilitators will not be able to respond to any complaint made after a participant has completed their workshop/course if the issue was not reported while they were attending the event or if a written complaint is sent to Inner Learning more than 10 days following the event.
Why We Collect Personal Information
The primary use of your personal information is to effectively administer records, accounts and financial transactions, to assist our internal administration and operations including accounting, records keeping, archiving, systems development, and staff training.
When We Disclose Personal Information
Inner Learning is concerned with maintaining the privacy of personal information, such information will not be disclosed to third parties that are not directly involved or associated with our business or undertaking unless:
- An emergency exists where disclosure of such information will assist in the response; and
- A law enforcement agency or person duly authorised by law requests the disclosure of such information for bona fide reasons.
Direct Marketing
Personal information may be used for direct marketing purposes where, in absence of an objection, implied consent is assumed. Inner Learning will also provide options for a person to opt out of receiving marketing material.
Opting Out of Direct Marketing
If you do not wish to receive direct marketing information from Inner Learning, please write to info at innerlearning.online to update your preferences. You may also use the unsubscribe feature on our electronic marketing communications.
Please note that if you make such a request, we may still need to use your personal information to provide you with the services you have requested as a customer.
