Women are cyclical by nature. From 40 years old onward, a cascade of hormonal events barges in without invitation. This flow of change is pushed back to the background of a busy life. You ignore weight gain and fatigue as you are too busy, feel too young or are not ready to handle perimenopause yet.
Our « Hormonal balance after 40 online workshop » is limited to a maximum of 12 participants for optimum individual attention. It provides easy and practical tools supporting the participants to start living their dreams fully (re)energised.
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
This workshop assists women of 40+ in navigating the hormonal changes and surfing the wave of perimenopause and menopause. It is for women motivated to improve and balance their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
AIM & OBJECTIVES
This workshop aims at understanding and demystifying hormonal changes after 40. It provides a three-step plan to manage weight and regain energy. It offers simple and practical tools to support participants ageing joyfully and peacefully.
PROGRAMME
LEARNING / SUPPORTING MATERIALS
Prior to the workshop, you will receive a simple questionnaire allowing us to learn more about your current health condition. The course material will be emailed to you 48 hours before the start of the workshop.

FACILITATOR
Valerie is a Wellness facilitator and qualified Nutritionist with 10 years of experience in the field of natural health and wellness. She is a qualified clinical nutritionist, a yoga teacher and a massage therapist. She is the founder of Be Well Vitality.
She supports women over 40 to regain confidence from within, so they ditch the weight and lift their energy. Her goal is to transform the ‘mid-life crisis” into a vibrant and explorative time to make ageing a breeze and a joy. Valerie’s passion is to envision life through the mind–body–spirit connection.
Valerie practices yoga and meditation daily and loves spending time in the kitchen with her family to prepare nourishing meals for the body and the soul. She is an avid reader and a researcher at heart.
