Welcome to our 8-Weeks Online Mens Group!

Our Online Mens Group provides a safe, warm, and friendly space for men to come together and share their experiences and challenges. It offers an opportunity to delve into various aspects of masculinity, including emotional well-being, relationships, purpose, and self-awareness.
Led by Cole, who has been involved with men’s work for 30 years, our mens group is dedicated to cultivating presence, purpose, and spiritual depth, providing a space for men to reconnect with their feeling selves. Cole will guide you in tackling the challenges of the « good boy syndrome » and exploring the dynamics of polarity, embracing both the light and dark aspects of our nature.

A journey of self-discovery

This online mens group will be « your » group, receiving/offering support, accountability, and a community of like-minded individuals on the journey of self-discovery. We recognize that true joy and lightness of being can emerge from a place of surrendering, letting go of attachment, and finding peace within ourselves. Join us for a fun-filled journey of growth where you will forge a path toward authenticity, purpose, and an awakened masculine presence.

AIM & OBJECTIVES

To provide a supportive and empowering space for men to explore personal growth, self-discovery, and authentic connection. The goal is for participants to live fulfilling lives, embrace their true selves, and navigate the challenges of modern masculinity with resilience and authenticity.

Together we will explore the dynamics of the « good boy syndrome, » embrace polarity, and discover the power of embracing the dark side.
Develop presence, purpose, and spiritual depth.
Engage in masculine practices, and optionally explore the feminine principle.
Dive into the depths of emptiness and uncover the inherent joy and lightness of being.

FACILITATOR

Cole Knazovicky

Cole has been involved with men’s work for 30 years and continues on his ever-expanding journey of exploring the true meaning of masculinity. In addition to running in-person men’s groups, he maintains a private practice where he assists men in discovering their purpose, unlocking their potential, and finding fulfillment.
Cole is also a talented musician and has spent most of his life as a music teacher. Born in Slovakia in 1957, he moved to Australia in the 80s. Currently based near Byron Bay, Australia, he resides with his 14-year-old son.

For three decades, Cole has been dedicated to running men's groups and workshops.
His workshops are renowned for their powerful impact, offering practical yet subtle guidance on the path of personal growth.
He is driven by his passion for men's psychology, behaviour, empowerment, and the exploration of the masculine and feminine aspects within each individual.
With a keen understanding of the human experience, Cole knows how to infuse his sessions with fun and joy, creating an uplifting and transformative environment for all participants.
